Provider Administrator Portal Overview

The Provider administrator portal allows you to manage access settings, and the appearance of the Insured portal.

There are two types of users who can access the Provider administrator portal:

• Provider administrator user: Employee representing the provider.
• Superuser: Employee at BriteCore.

The Provider administrator portal is composed of independent dashboards.

Each dashboard gives you a set of administrative tools and functionality, summarized in Table 1.

Enrolled Users	• Enrolled Users dashboard overview. • View all users who have enrolled in the Insured portal. • Download a list of enrolled users.Send a message to a specific user. • Obtain Superuser login credentials. • Resend confirmation emails.Filter enrolled users by Insured. • Filter enrolled users by date range. • Sort Enrolled Users dashboard by individual columns in ascending or descending order.
Emails	• Emails dashboard overview. • View all email events triggered in the Insured portal. • Show only Insured Email events. • View additional details on email events. • View email content. • Filter emails sent by date range. • Filter Emails by Insured. • Filter emails sent by date range and Insured.
User Actions	• User Actions dashboard overview. • View all user actions. • View additional details on each user action. • Filter user actions by date range, Insured and/or action. • Sort user actions by username or date/timestamp columns.
User Messages	• User Messages dashboard overview. • View all user messages sent to users. • Consolidate broadcast messages. • Create and send a broadcast message to all enrolled users. • Send a message to all users with an unconfirmed email. • Create and send a message to all users not enrolled in eDelivery. • Create and send a message to selected individual users. • View user message details. • Filter user messages by date range. • Sort dashboard by selected columns.
E-Delivery	• E-Delivery dashboard overview. • View all E-Delivery events. • View only E-Delivery events. • View E-Delivery event details. • Download E-Delivery Report. • Filter E-Delivery notifications by date range, E-Delivery Insured, and/or Policy Number.
Settings	• Settings dashboard overview. • Show only customized settings. • View settings help. • Filter settings by Search.
Content	• Content dashboard overview. • Show only customized content. • Edit content • Expand or minimize Content sections. • View Content help. • Filter Content by Search. • Filter content by language.
Templates	• Templates dashboard overview. • Show only customized templates. • Customize a template. • View templates help. • Filter templates by search. • Filter templates by language.
Appearance	• Appearance dashboard overview. • Uploading an image file to customize appearance.
Administrators	• Administrator dashboard overview. • View all administrators. • Filter administrators by a date range. • Remove administrator. • Reset administrator password. • Sort dashboard columns by username/email, company, date or date joined in either ascending or descending order.
